Hey AITP-VCU members and potential members,
"The Association of Information Technology Professionals", the VCU College chapter, second meeting of the Fall 2008 semester is right around the corner and will be held on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8th at 5:45pm - 7:00PM in the Buisness Student Organization room, room #B1212 . As you all know the VCU University wide Career Fair is being held this same day from 10am - 3pm on the 2nd Floor of the Student Commons and AITTP-VCU is tailoring our meeting this same day and will have a GUEST SPEAKER to explain on "HOW TO FOLLOW UP ON A POTENTIAL JOB/INTERNSHIP", "WHAT AN EMPLOYER IS LOOKING FOR", and "WHAT OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO I.S. STUDENTS OUTSIDE OF COLLEGE".
We would like to also urge students who are still considering joining the AITP-VCU organization that time is running low to join at a $10 discount rate, from $35 to $25 for a full year to exclusive activities from the National Organization to AITP-VCU activites and networking experiences.
